Formula 1 Spanish Grand Prix 2019 (Live Stream)
Fresh from a fourth 1-2 of the 2019 Formula 1 season, Mercedes heads into this weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix romping ahead in the points.
Melbourne winner Valtteri Bottas proved his aggressive new approach to the championship is paying dividends by claiming a second victory of the season last time out in Azerbaijan, making up for a lost win in 2018.
Bottas heads team-mate Lewis Hamilton by a single point in the standings, while Ferrari’s Sebastian Vettel – yet to claim a win so far this season – is playing catch up in third.
It was another frustrating weekend for Ferrari’s newest talent Charles Leclerc, who had looked odds-on for pole before a chassis-wrecking shunt in qualifying left him having to work through the pack and finishing fifth.
Elsewhere, Red Bull’s Pierre Gasly is under pressure as team-mate Max Verstappen continues to outperform him.
McLaren’s Carlos Sainz Jr will be looking to build on his first points of the season at his home round.
The points for fastest lap continue to be a talking point of the season as world title hopefuls bid for the additional point on the scoreboard to maximise their weekends – on the evidence of the tight fight at the top it could prove all the difference.

Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix 2019 (Live Stream)
As the Formula 1 circus returns from its 2019 summer break, the big news heading to Belgium this weekend is the change around at Red Bull.
Over the four week break following the Hungarian Grand Prix, Red Bull has announced that Toro Rosso rookie Alexander Albon will be bumped up to the main squad to drive alongside Max Verstappen, while Pierre Gasly will return to the junior team beside Daniil Kvyat.
Rumour Season Started
Rumours had begun early in the season that Gasly could move, after struggling to match Verstappen’s form, with both Toro Rosso drivers having been mentioned in connection with that seat.
Elsewhere, the 2020 driver market rumour-mill has been spinning, with Mercedes-contracted youngster Esteban Ocon surrounding much of the silly season gossip.
The former Force India and Manor driver has been linked with Valtteri Bottas’ seat at the main Mercedes team for next year, and in the last week it has been reported in French publication Auto Hebdo that he will replace Nico Hulkenberg at Renault.
The fairytale return of Robert Kubica to F1 with Williams this year appears to be turning sour however, as reports increasingly suggest he will leave the team at the end of the year amid a tricky return to the sport.
On track, Mercedes continues to storm ahead at the top of both the Constructors’ and driver standings (with Lewis Hamilton), although Red Bull’s Max Verstappen has provided the strongest opposition to the Silver Arrows as Ferrari has yet to score a win compared to the Dutch hotshot’s two victories.
The midfield battle remains tight, although a resurgent McLaren appears to be enjoying the advantage of late.
This weekend’s Belgian Grand Prix marks the start of the final two European rounds in a back-to-back weekend with the Italian Grand Prix at Monza.

Formula 1 Hungarian Grand Prix 2019 (Live Stream)
Just a week on from the wet, topsy-turvy German Grand Prix, Red Bull’s Max Verstappen arrives in Hungary this weekend the class of the Formula 1 field.
The Dutch driver notched up a second win in three races around the treacherous Hockenheim ring circuit, after rain shook up the established order.
Mercedes F1 AMG
The 2019-dominating Mercedes pair of Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas endured a torrid time, after both drivers spun off on slick tyres on the damp-but-drying asphalt.
Bottas was forced to retire in his spin – despite being the Silver Arrows’ best hope after Hamilton’s off – but the British Grand Prix winner was able to continue to finish.
Charles Leclerc in the Ferrari was another big scalp having crashed out on the wet surface, although team-mate Sebastian Vettel restored some of the team’s honour by storming from last on the grid (a result of a turbo issue in qualifying) to second.
A delighted Daniil Kvyat in the Toro Rosso claimed third – the team’s first podium for 11 years.
The Hockenheim thriller marked the latest in a trio of astonishing races following Austria and Silverstone, with Verstappen having claimed an unlikely Red Bull Ring victory.
With this weekend’s Hungarian Grand Prix, Mercedes will be looking to get back to normality at the top, while a frustrated Leclerc wants to bounce back from the ghosts of Hockenheim.
The continued ascent of Verstappen will be another key theme to watch around the Hungaroring.
Live Broadcast Information
A live online stream for F1 in 2019 is not available, so those wishing to catch all the action from Hungary will need to use more traditional methods of keeping abreast of the action – TV, radio and live text commentary.

Formula 1 German Grand Prix 2019 (Live Stream)
Lewis Hamilton heads to this weekend’s German Grand Prix with the wind in his sails, having notched up a seventh Formula 1 win of the season at Silverstone with Mercedes.
The five-time champion claimed a record sixth win at his home circuit for the British Grand Prix, with that victory allowing him to extend his lead at the top of the standings to 39 points from team-mate Valtteri Bottas.
Ferrari No Win In 2019
Despite reaching the season’s halfway point, Ferrari duo Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc have yet to record a win in 2019.
Vettel has endured a problematic season, with the high-profile off at Canada’s Circuit Gilles Villeneuve robbing him of a win, before a clumsy touch with Max Verstappen last time out ruined any chance of points there.
Leclerc meanwhile has looked the stronger of the pair, with wins at Bahrain and Austria eluding him. Vettel will no doubt wish to see his home race the start of a turnaround in fortunes.
Austrian Grand Prix winner Max Verstappen has shown strong consistency to hold third in the standings, comfortably outperforming under-pressure team-mate Pierre Gasly, although fourth for the French Red Bull driver at Silverstone marked his first finish higher than his team-mate.
Carlos Sainz Jr leads the ‘best of the rest’ as the McLaren cars demonstrate good pace, ahead of 2007 champion Kimi Raikkonen in the Alfa Romeo.
The midfield tussle continues to be tightly contested between McLaren, Renault, Haas, Alfa Romeo, Toro Rosso and Racing Point.
